STREIFENZIEHER STIGMA SERIES

The Stigma Series focuses on the rich contrast of the white paint strokes on black paper. The patterns are achieved with simple techniques, like mirroring and repetition of the same paint strokes.

The first sets were only 7 x 7 inches in size due low to the resolution. With professional high resolution scans prints of the Stigma Series are up to 24 x 24 inches large.

The Stigma Limited Edition print was a selection of the Starta Arta Art Exhibit in Manhattan in March of 2020.

STREIFENZIEHER BLOSSOM SERIES

Using the same STREIFENZIEHER paint strokes, the Blossom Series plays with a floral layout and uses to color to showcase the blossom in different lighting throughout the day and night:

STREIFENZIEHER CMYK SERIES

Influenced by atomic-age design, The CMYK Series embraces minimalism and the use of negative space.  These spheres are cut out from the Blossom design. Only colors of the CMYK subtractive printing color model, cyan, magenta and yellow are applied to keep the color palette minimalist.

The Limited Edition prints depict an abstract other-worldly landscape with moons in the three colors.
